IT'S SO F*UCKING FINE LIQUID EYELINER features a flexible precision brush tip that delivers matte Black pigment in one stroke. From very fine to dramatically bold, this easy-to-use liner creates the perfect look without skipping, fraying, or dragging. The brush tip allows for controlled smudge-proof application and intense, even coverage.

Shake well before use. Hold the applicator at a slight angle and apply at the base of lashes with a light touch for a fine line; or with a firmer touch for a bold, more dramatic line. Securely cap the eyeliner after each use.
