Returns Policy

Dose of Colors will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.doseofcolors.com that are eligible for return.

 

Return by mail

As part of our ongoing effort to provide the best possible experiences for you and future customers, listening, learning and improving are at the top of our priority list. We value the trust you place in our brand and want to make your feedback count. We would greatly appreciate if you could include the reason for return and original order number in your email.

To qualify for a return, you must email refunds@doseofcolors.com within 14 days of receiving the order. All item(s) must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled item(s) will not qualify for any refund.

 

Shop Pay returns

If you have changed your mind, you can return your qualifying Shop Pay purchase by mail. Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase directly to Shop Pay.

Dose of Colors is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Dose of Colors is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees.

 

Final Sale items

Final sale items such as Limited Edition collection, Holiday, Sets, Bundles, Promotional Sales, Site Wide Sales, etc cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your purchase is final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance below. Promotions including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale purchases.

 

Received defective, damaged or incorrect item(s) 

We try our best but mistakes can happen! Any item that is believed to be defective, damaged or incorrect may only be replaced for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so that we may assist you further. Hold on to any/all items until further instructed for a solution. 

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

 

Items purchased at other locations

Items purchased from other retailers selling Dose of Colors may not be returned to doseofcolors.com. Please contact the retailer directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team 844-686-3536 to cancel the order immediately. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel the order or modify the shipping address. Avoid sending an email with cancellation requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email.

ABOUT SEELl RETURN ASSURANCE

 

Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.

 

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

 

All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in the original packaging. Emptied or refilled item(s) will not qualify for a refund.

 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

 

To initiate a return, please email Dose of Colors at refunds@doseofcolors.com with your order number and reason for return. 

 

We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. You are  responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.

 

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
