What is your current order processing time?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our current order processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders placed during new launches and sitewide promotions may be delayed an additional 4-5 business days.
*Upgrading your shipping method will not decrease the order processing time; it will only speed up the shipping transit time.

I received a tracking number, when will my order ship?
Once you receive a tracking number, it means your shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been shipped. Please allow a few additional business days for your tracking information to update. We recommend signing up for tracking updates through the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

How will my order be shipped?
We provide shipping services through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. For international orders, the package will be handed over to your country’s postal service for final delivery.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Yes, we offer shipping methods that can deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that this excludes FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries serviced by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. All international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
*Please note, international orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties upon arrival, as determined by your country’s customs department. Dose of Colors is not responsible for any customs or duty fees and will not provide reimbursement. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

My international order is over $99 USD but I am not receiving free shipping, why?
Certain countries are excluded from receiving free international shipping: Armenia, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, India (36 of 37 states), Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Qatar, South Africa (8 of 9 provinces), United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Mexico, Brazil, Greece, Chile, Spain, Oman, and Nigeria.
*Please note that these transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Dose of Colors is not responsible for shipping delays or issues arising from customs processes or transfers from USPS to local carriers in your country.

My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated?
First Class International service in some countries is not trackable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country.

Will a signature be required for delivery?
A signature may be required for orders of $300 USD or more. Ultimately, it is up to the carrier’s discretion whether it is safe to leave your package.

I have not received my package but it says delivered, what do I do?
Sometimes USPS tracking information updates in advance, marking packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact orders@doseofcolors.com.
*Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages. For further assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Dose of Colors will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I ordered through a third party or mail forwarding company and never received my package or the item was damaged, what do I do?
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items/packages that are not ordered directly through doseofcolors.com. If you used a mail forwarding service or third-party seller, please contact them directly for assistance.

Can I modify an order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.

Can I cancel an order?
Only orders that have not left our shipping department can be canceled. If you have received a tracking number via email, please contact orders@doseofcolors.com to request a cancellation.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?
If the package has not left our facility, change of address requests can be made by contacting orders@doseofcolors.com. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Why can I only order up to 3 items per order?
To ensure availability for all customers, we’ve set a maximum limit of 3 items per order. This helps us manage stock efficiently and avoid delays in fulfilling your orders.

Can I make a return?
To qualify for a return, you must email refunds@doseofcolors.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for a refund. Click here for more information on our return policy.

I received my package and have a problem, what do I do?
We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen! If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it can only be replaced with the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Hold on to all items until further instructions are provided. Make sure to contact orders@doseofcolors.com.

I’ve been charged multiple times, what do I do?
Please confirm if you received an order confirmation email (check your spam/junk inbox). If you see multiple pending transactions in your account, they will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days. For further assistance with the pending transactions, please contact your financial institution.

My payment isn’t going through, what do I do?
Please ensure the billing address you provide matches the exact billing address associated with your payment method. To prevent multiple charges, click the submit button only once.

Why was my order canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are flagged as potentially risky or fraudulent, as well as those from customers with a history of frequent returns and/or replacements. This policy helps us protect all customers and ensure fair access to our products.
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email with the reason for cancellation and any next steps.
