How to Return by Mail
To initiate a return, please email us at refunds@doseofcolors.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your original order number and the reason for the return to help us improve our service. We do not include return labels. We recommend using USPS as it tends to be the most economical option.
Return Guidelines
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Items that have been emptied, refilled, or used do not qualify for a refund.
- Returns are accepted by mail only
- Replacements are final sale / not eligible for return or exchange.
SHOP PAY RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, you can return your qualifying Shop Pay purchase by mail. Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase directly to Shop Pay.

- Dose of Colors is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Once your return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items, such as Limited Edition collections, Holiday items, Sets, Bundles, Promotional Sales, Site-Wide Sales, etc., cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit. Promotions, including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to final sale purchases.
RECEIVED DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
We try our best, but mistakes can happen! Any item that is believed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect may only be replaced with the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you further. Hold on to all items until further instructed. Feel free to contact us at orders@doseofcolors.com.
GIFT CARDS
Dose of Colors Digital Gift Cards purchases are limited to $100 per order, and no more than one Digital Gift Card can be used per order. You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase a Digital Gift Card online. The Digital Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email address after purchase. Digital Gift Cards are non-transferable, and only the recipient can use the Digital Gift Card.
Please note that Digital Gift Card purchases are exempt from tax. Digital Gift Card values are excluded from order total thresholds required to receive complimentary shipping and promotional gifts with purchase.
Digital Gift Cards may be used for purchases on doseofcolors.com and are not redeemable at any other retailers. They do not expire and have no fees. Digital Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions up to the value on the card. They are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law or policy. Purchases made with a Digital Gift Card as the payment method will be refunded to a new Digital Gift Card. We retain the right to cancel or refund any Digital Gift Card purchase if fraud is suspected.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased from other retailers selling Dose of Colors products may not be returned to doseofcolors.com. Please contact the retailer directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only orders that have not been shipped can be canceled. If you received a tracking number via email, contact orders@doseofcolors.com to request cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are flagged as potentially risky or fraudulent, as well as those from customers with a history of frequent returns. This policy helps us protect all customers and ensure fair access to our products. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email with the reason for cancellation and any next steps. If you think your order was mistakenly canceled, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We’re happy to review the situation and help resolve any issues.
