The below are estimated transit times given to us by USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, during special events order processing can take 5-7 business days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.
*Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. If you purchased Route Package Insurance you can file a claim directly with Route https://claims.route.com/. If you did not purchase Route you will need to contact USPS directly to open an investigation.
For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping at $60.

Dose of Colors is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carriers in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
International orders ship via USPS or Fedex with a 10-14 business day delivery period from the time of shipment.
If you are outside the U.S. and choose USPS as your shipping method, remember that your order stops tracking after the package leaves the U.S. and may indicate a delivered status at that time.

For international orders we offer FREE shipping at $99. Certain countries are excluded from receiving free international shipping: Armenia, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, India (36 of 37 states), Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Qatar, South Africa (8 of 9 provinces), United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Mexico, Brazil, Greece, Chile, Spain, Oman, and Nigeria.
