Cancellation Policy

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped. Please DO NOT send an email with cancellation requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email. Please contact our customer service line 844.686.3536 to cancel the order immediately. Any representative can assist you.


If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address, forgot to add an item, need to remove an item or any other reason, you must do this within 2 hours of placing your order. This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled. Please DO NOT send an email with change requests as time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email. Please call our customer service line Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST

RETURN POLICY
*Only items ordered/placed online through Doseofcolors.com will qualify for a refund of any kind.

*Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping expense.

*To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email refunds@doseofcolors.com within 14 days of receiving the products

*To apply for a refund you must send a photo of the defective/damaged item with a description of what happened to refunds@doseofcolors.com

*Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund.

*All products must be in their original and respective packaging.

*Note: At Dose of Colors we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include an explanation within your email so we can insure similar cases do not happen.

*We will then promptly issue your refund once the products have been returned and reviewed.

 

SHIPPING
*All shipping is currently being handled through the United States Postal Service.

*There is a Flat Shipping rate of $8.99 USD for all Shipments within the USA regardless of item quantity purchased.

*All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

*USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items and an email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS.

*All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
These are the estimated delivery dates given to us by the USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame, unfortunately in some cases orders do get delayed either at the post office or at your countries customs location (varies by country).

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, Dose of Colors is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information

First Class: 7-15 Days.

Priority Mail: 5-10 Days.

Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Days.
